Martin Bay Community Church, located near Lake McConaughy, is in need of a shepherding pastor who can lead a non-denominational church. A strong relationship with Jesus is required, but formal seminary training is optional. The church needs someone to minister to a small, older, rural congregation with a welcoming atmosphere to all.
