What's the difference between Song of the Year
and Recorded Song of the Year?

Simply put, Song of the Year nominees are the writers who created the melody and lyrics of the song, while Recorded Song of the Year nominees are music producers who designed how the song sounds when you listen to it and sound engineers who recorded vocals and instruments.
